BASIC STRUCTURE OF THE FOUNDATION
The purpose of any organization created under theta conditions is "to honor, serve, guard and create" - according to the basic purpose of man in creation.
It is not intended as a hierarchical management organization, but merely gathers the recognized most capable people from among us in order to generate the greatest possible benefit for creation and especially for people. And this is potentially more urgent than ever.
Such an "Organization 2.0" not only needs different structures, different bodies, but also different planning and decision-making methods. Only the essentials, such as councils, specialist groups and project committees for model projects and initiatives, are organized centrally. Everything else remains independent and independent.
MODERN CIRCULAR ORGANIZATION
All parts of the #organization as well as the independent #swarm groups and # learning locations / #ASL are optimally organized in the form of the 7 (+1) rule or with corresponding #councils of elders .
The foundation itself is represented by a #foundation council or #council of wise men (consisting of delegates from the #departments).
The #departments are each a representation of a partof THE 7. The respective tasks are defined by the #functions, according to the 7 (+1) rule.
The #Council of Wise Men, which forms the #Foundation Council, provides advice on all questions and situations. He trains #leaders and #learning assistants and makes them available to the groups.
The point of the #Projects + #Initiatives, on the other hand, is to develop #pattern organizations and initiatives as well as #models for subsequent use by independent, interested #swarm groups and #learning locations / #ASL.
